ONE WEEK OLD
This sweet girl weighs 1lb 5oz. Her black pigmentation is coming in, loves to eat, scoots around well, and starting to get those adorable neck rolls! Maggie and her baby had her first checkup and both are healthy!
TWO WEEKS OLD
This sweet girl weighs 2.5lbs, has now opened her eyes, is starting to play, walks around pretty well for her age and of course loves to eat and sleep!
THREE WEEKS OLD
Now weighing in at 3.8lbs, this week she’s begun playing even more, starting her potty training journey and has already done so well, enjoys getting all her beauty sleep on her back with all paws in the air, which makes it so hard to get anything done taking all the photos of her! Definitely enjoy watching this sweet girl meet all her milestones but wishing time would slow down!
FOUR WEEKS OLD
One thing we’ve learned this week…it’s definitely an art (and a workout) taking planned photos of a 4 week old puppy! Ha ha! Milestones this week included an upgrade from a whelping box to a big girl pen, she started eating big girl food, started exploring our living room with the bog dogs and doing so well with potty training. She now weighs 5.75lbs.
FIVE WEEKS OLD
We’re pleased to introduce you to “Winnie”! Winnie meaning: fair one, white and smooth, soft, happiness, fair and pure.” The Biblical meaning: “fair one, white and sooth, soft; happiness, holy blessed reconciliation, joy and peace; first-born daughter; fair, pure.” Winnie will be going to her forever home in Washington in just 3 weeks!
This week, Winnie has enjoyed exploring the outdoors for the very first time, enjoys her potty outings in the grass, loves her new big girl area with lots of toys, tunnel and slide to help her development, and now weighs 7.8 lbs! Enjoy watching this sweet baby reach all her milestones!
SIX WEEKS OLD
This beautiful girl now weighs 10.9lbs! This week she had her first bath, went on her trip through carpool for the first time ever, enjoys her play time, especially with our other furbabies! She began kennel training and even slept in her kennel by our bed for the first time ever and did so well! So proud of this sweet girl!
SEVEN WEEKS OLD
Not sure how this sweet girl gets even more beautiful as the days go by. Winnie now weighs 14lbs, getting the hang of kennel training just like a big girl, has shown a huge improvement on our car rides and has learned how to sit and fetch. Can’t believe we have only one more week to snuggle and give all our kisses to this baby girl!
EIGHT WEEKS OLD
Now weighing 16.4lbs, this week this sweet girl began travel carrier training to prepare for her journey home, visited the vet for her first vaccinations, last deworming and microchip, met her amazing forever family for the very first time, and she now has her very own Instagram account! We have been so blessed to have this precious girl in our lives for these past 8 weeks! We will miss her so much! We love you Winnie!
